The College is only one among the private institutions in the region which has framed proper policy/procedure for induction of teaching faculty through competitive way by giving equal opportunity to all. By following the devised procedure, vacancies announcement is always advertised in the national dailies. The applications received against the specific advertisement are thereafter properly scrutinized by the College Scrutiny Committee and then interviews are conducted by the Selection Committee in which Senior Professors/Experts in the relevant area from the University / Industry are also co-opted in order to make good selection on merit basis.
